Come here regularly and blown away every time. Sauce, crust, toppings-everything is on point. This is a classic slice spot. Don’t sleep on the arugula salad.
What's knot to love! Great NY slices and scrumptious little knots too?! The sauce is great and the pie has the perfect NY crust with undercarriage that holds up to carry out. The white guy was a stand out slice with surprising nuance and attention to detail like the well placed dollops of caramelized onions and the reinforced sesame seeded crust. Will be sure to add this to my NYC/ Brooklyn slice rotation ???? Note for fellow vegetarians: the grandma pie has anchovies in the sauce! Idk why but just FYI.
Definitely in the top 3 pizzas in NYC. Their grandma slice is the best I’ve had so far. Crunchy and fluffy and saucy. Can’t beat it. The white slice is also worth trying. Amazing flavour.
I tasted Best Pizza in April for the first time after admiring Frank through watching The Pizza Show all the way from Brisbane, Australia. I can confirm, it was damn good. Australia isn't making pizza like this. Every time I visit NY I will ALWAYS get a few slices from Best!
Literally the BEST PIZZA in New York ! ????❤️ We drove a long way but it was worth it!❤️ service wonderful ! The decor of the room also delighted us and especially the drawings on the walls ???????? If we have the opportunity to be in NY again we will definitely come back !
Best Pizza is truly BEST PIZZA- Great pizza either whole or by the slice! We stopped in while staying at The Penny Hotel around the corner - Awesome counter service, dishing up brick oven fired pizza with fresh ingredients - I had veggie but after seeing the pepperoni had to try that too! Slices are huge and very reasonably priced for the area! It’s definitely a must visit!
Ordered a pepperoni basil pie and it was fantastic. Perfectly cooked crust (not floppy but also not crispy), delicious pepperoni, and a decent price. Not from NYC but it seemed like the perfect neighborhood spot for a quick slice and a beer.
Name says it all... had a grandma, white and regular slize yesterday. The amount of flavor and crunch in every bite...this is perfect pizza in my book. It's the next morning and I'm still thinking about it ???? unbelievable. Very thin and light pizza too, after 3 slices I was full but definitely not over stuffed. Good thing I live 60+ miles away or I'd be 400 lbs from coming every day. Keep it up best pizza!
Ultra classic spot, no frills perfect “best” pizza every time, the staff is chilled and polite the pizza is bomb and the ambiance is perfect. If you’re in the hood grab a slice if you’re more than 1 grab a pie and feast! Bravo!
I did a pizza crawl through Long Island and Brooklyn. This place was my favorite. At first glance, it looked like they went skimpy on the cheese, but once I bit into it I quickly realized it was perfectly balanced. I absolutely loved it. Yum. Visually appealing. No flop. Crispy and chewy crust. Delicious cheese and sauce. Great price. No complaints. I got a regular slice and didn't add any garlic, pepper or parm. It was excellent the way it was straight out of the oven.
